Great Experience. Very friendly atmosphere and no pressure. Had a few problems but with the vehicle I purchased but they were all worked out to my satisfaction. I believe they stand by their vehicles and take great care in getting only quality cars and trucks. We had been shopping for well over 3 months trying to find the best deal and I am confident that's what I received. Silverdale Auto's on site mechanic was fantastic. He answered all my questions and concerns and actually showed me while my vehicle was on the lift. I will try and use him as time allows for any repairs that might be needed down the road.

I would stay far away from this dealership if you are in the market for a car! You should take your money and time to a reputable business and save yourself a TON of hassle, headache and wasted resources. This is your stereotypical "shady" used-car dealership in which the salesmen/women do not reveal what is wrong with the vehicle or its history. We mistakenly purchased a truck from them and we were not told it was a flood title, we were not informed that several parts no longer work but were certainly informed they would do nothing to help us after we discovered these issues and essentially the truck is now "our problem". We will be LUCKY to get 2 years out of it.
I service all 3 vehicles here for regularly scheduled maintenance and I like that its an all in one auto shopping experience. They even washed our cars for us free with every oil change. I feel happy to come and see the staff here every time I stop in.

I first met these friendly people upon moving into the area and I purchased 3 used vehicles here in June 2017 one for my son and 2 for my wife and I. All the vehicles were well kept and with clean carfax history. I waited quite a while before writing a review because I wanted to see how well things held up. 6 month into my purchases I can say that i am still very pleased. My sons wrangler did have an issue and per the warranty agreement every thing was fixed with zero out of pocket expenses Jeff the friendly owner even gave us a loaner to use for 4 days while service was being performed.
